What are the standard delivery times?

In-stock items ship within 3-7 business days .

For made-to-order items , production time is 3 to 4 weeks before shipping. Our craftsmen make each piece to order.

A tracking number is provided once the order is shipped.

What are the return and exchange conditions?

Items can be exchanged for a piece of jewelry of equal or greater value, or be credited with a DYAMKA gift card, valid for one year and non-refundable.

Returns are accepted within 30 days if you are not satisfied, provided the items are in perfect condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by all their accessories.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only and may take up to 14 days after receipt and verification of the return.

What can I do if I ordered the wrong part or size?

If you wish to exchange your jewelry for another model or another size, contact us at contact@dyamka.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

An item can only be exchanged once .

Personalized or engraved jewelry is neither exchangeable nor refundable .
