This document attests to the essential characteristics of the diamond, including the 4Cs – color, clarity, cut and weight – and ensures our customers complete confidence in their purchase.

What are the return and exchange conditions?

Items can be exchanged for a piece of jewelry of equal or greater value, or be credited with a DYAMKA gift card, valid for one year and non-refundable.

Returns are accepted within 30 days if you are not satisfied, provided the items are in perfect condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by all their accessories.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only and may take up to 14 days after receipt and verification of the return.
