ABOUT SYNTHETIC DIAMOND

The manufacturing process for our fine jewelry collection combines meticulous craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology. After the gold is cast, each piece of jewelry is carefully soldered by hand. Each detail is then polished to remove impurities and perfect the piece's shape.

The diamonds are then hand-set by our expert jewelers. Using a special paste and stone, they remove any traces of scratches from the file, followed by a final polish with a special cloth, giving each piece its perfect shine.

Which countries does DYAMKA deliver to?

At DYAMKA , we are committed to making our jewelry accessible wherever you are. That's why we offer fast and secure international shipping to most countries. Each order is carefully prepared and shipped with a tracking number to ensure full traceability until delivery.

Our jewelry is shipped in an elegant box , perfect for giving as a gift or treating yourself. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure a worry-free shopping experience .

What are the standard delivery times?

In-stock items ship within 3-7 business days .

For made-to-order items , production time is 3 to 4 weeks before shipping. Our craftsmen make each piece to order.

A tracking number is provided once the order is shipped.

What are the return and exchange conditions?

Items can be exchanged for a piece of jewelry of equal or greater value, or be credited with a DYAMKA gift card, valid for one year and non-refundable.

Returns are accepted within 30 days if you are not satisfied, provided the items are in perfect condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by all their accessories.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only and may take up to 14 days after receipt and verification of the return.

What can I do if I ordered the wrong part or size?

If you wish to exchange your jewelry for another model or another size, contact us at contact@dyamka.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

An item can only be exchanged once .

Personalized or engraved jewelry is neither exchangeable nor refundable .
