An item can only be exchanged once .

Personalized or engraved jewelry is neither exchangeable nor refundable .

In-stock items ship within 3-7 business days .

For made-to-order items , production time is 3 to 4 weeks before shipping. Our craftsmen make each piece to order.

A tracking number is provided once the order is shipped.

Does the jewelry come with a certificate?

To ensure the transparency and quality of our stones, each DYAMKA diamond is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity . This document attests to the essential characteristics of the diamond, including the 4Cs – color, clarity, cut and weight – and ensures our customers complete confidence in their purchase.

What are the return and exchange conditions?

Items can be exchanged for a piece of jewelry of equal or greater value, or be credited with a DYAMKA gift card, valid for one year and non-refundable.

Returns are accepted within 30 days if you are not satisfied, provided the items are in perfect condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by all their accessories.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only and may take up to 14 days after receipt and verification of the return.
